I’m Olivia Swedin, a 25-year-old Event Management graduate from the University of Borås. My journey into event planning began in high school when I helped organize prom, sparking a passion that led me to pursue a degree in Event Management. Over the past three years, I’ve gained comprehensive theoretical and practical knowledge, with coursework in project management, financial control and consumer behavior.
I’m a social and organized individual with a keen eye for detail. Currently based in Varberg, I’m open to relocate for the right opportunity. 
My hands-on experience includes serving as vice president for Campus & Co, where I helped plan and manage events like Sommargatan 2022—a five-week summer street event with food trucks and themed activities. I also interned in Los Angeles, working on diverse events ranging from large weddings to corporate gatherings for clients such as Solar Exclusive and Core Innovation Capital.
This international experience has enriched my understanding of different cultures and event planning approaches. I look forward to applying my creativity, energy, and expertise to new projects.
